Based on statistics from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, by the end of 2020, China's stock of direct investment in São Tomé and Príncipe was worth US$1.99 million. In 2020, the main export destinations of Sao Tome and Principe are the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and Germany, with the main products being cocoa, palm oil, dried coconut, coffee.
