Journey of a Free Bird

A collection of poems about the experiences on the journey towards becoming a free bird, after having been trapped in a metaphorical tower and cage, chained to the past and the cage.
An account of life from the beginnings of freedom and stepping out of the cage, to now relishing the newfound freedom of a free bird, as well as the consideration of the challenges that can be faced on the long and ardous journey to freedom and, in part, recovery.
