Om Just One More Book
This is a set of stories that take place in that part of Equatorial Guinea, its culture, its peculiarities and sociocultural particularities and, ultimately, that part so unknown to us natives.
In the coming years we will look back and perhaps what we will see is a country that is extremely unknown to those of us who today still long for and boast of being the only Spanish-speaking country in Africa and things like that. From issues that may seem very superficial such as witchcraft and its interpretation in the collective mentality of the people, and religion and its influence on a day-to-day basis, to corruption as the great moral dilemma of many professionals as well as the cause of many evils. Impossible to list them all in these lines, but what can be done will be done. Needless to say, any coincidence or simile of any name, place, event, or circumstance recounted in this book with any real person, place, or event is just that, pure coincidence, for those who believe in coincidences.
