Lunae and the Wolf's Deception

Long before the Snow Queen's reign of terror in Seasoria, there was another maiden caught between two sides of herself.
Lunae doesn't mean to reek of desperation but when she's been passed over so many times in favour of the other young women in her village, things become even more difficult. No one wants to put in the work, not with her older brother attempting to control any man who could come calling. She's heard the whispers of old maid on every corner and she knows her clock is ticking.
When a traveling man sets up shop in her village, she is swept off her feet by Gray. He's so endearing, so sweet, so perfect. With her brother's disapproval looming over them and Gray's reluctance to wed, she finds herself trapped between her sense of duty and the man she knows she loves.
And so, one little lie begins... Followed by another... Until she's lost crying wolf with no one who will listen. Will Lunae find the love she always dreamed of in Gray? Or will her world unravel and leave her more alone than ever?
