Kenneth Kennon spent two decades researching and gathering materials about his parents and the turbulent times in which they pioneered a movement. He is a Texas Christian University graduate in sociology (BA) and spirituality (MDiv), a pastor, poet, community activist, author of two other books: Prisoner of Conscience: A Memoir and Chased by the Dawn: Poems by a Persistent Person.
