Melvette Book 1 will take you from the moment an abandoned little black girl who is discovered living in a alley way inside a cardboard box by a Black Man who saves her life and takes her into his home and inside his heart which had been made cold by the traumas he has endured in his own painful journey. This Blackman raises Melvette as his daughter inside his home with strong unconditional love and care while also pushing her to be better than she ever dreamed she could be in life and how to control her destiny by controlling her fears. From this foundation Melvette grows into a stunningly beautiful, intelligent and loving Black woman who becomes a Medical Doctor and cancer researcher who through a twist of fate that only her ancestors explain she discovers her true ancestral roots connecting her all the way back to the mother land (Africa). From this discovery and journey her life and her families lives are immediately thrown into danger, which sets the stage for the tumultuous plight into a world of the most unthinkable tragedy's. She must rely on her ancestral knowledge and strength to survive the demons of her past, present and future.
