An apathetic alchemist and an anarchic anti-christ - consultant occultists and tenants of a charismatic cadaver - arrive in London to investigate supernatural phenomena. With the Devil's blessing and the assistance of a dark entity, they work to maintain balance between mankind and the supernatural. But with the responsibilities of parenthood, the tension of tentative desires for each other and a nefarious corporation committing atrocities behind the scenes... they realize that upholding the balance isn't quite so simple.
