Turns out she and the ex-boyfriend she's vowed to kill are searching for the same girl: a fellow Were who shares her rare ability. Is he the villain Never believes him to be -or something worse?

In a rush to save the girl, Never joins forces with a bear shifter, feline shifter, and young witch, and against her better judgment starts to care about them. One thing she knows for sure is that when you love something you're bound to lose it. But Never isn't used to losing, and she won't give up her new life or friends this time. No matter how powerful her foe.
