Poems from the Heart of a Son
This is a book of poems ranging from deep spiritual truth, to the Holocaust, to fun jokes for my grandchildren.This is a poetic outpouring from a period of enforced rest, which culminated in December 2019 with a cancer operation and subsequent recovery. My audiences range from primary school children, Christian and atheist friends and people I don''t know.
My favourite testimonial comes from a 10 year old child who wrote to me following one of my visits to a school:
"Dear Mr Nuttall, I just wanted to say I love your passion in poems and your expression. I will join you in writing poems, you seem like a jolly fellow.
You are my inspiration for writing poems. I like how you make poems to remember memories."
