In this book, I have given scientific and spiritual tested and proven techniques to improve all areas of our life. After reading each chapter, one must implement all the methods, notice the difference, and it should be journaled. Journaling our thoughts and progress will register things in our subconscious mind. Trying out these methods for at least 21 days will give us enough progress and drive that will compel us to continue implementing them for the next 90 days to make it a part of our nature. Then, we can naturally become happy and experience balance in all areas of our life. Our physical, social, financial, and relationship are interrelated to our mental health. If we are not optimistic even in a single area, it creates ripples and disturbs other regions. Highly successful people in society are spiritually strong to achieve their goals and face challenges effortlessly to fulfill their purpose in life.
