Reshaping Planning with Culture

Planning is described as being increasingly sidelined by the impacts of neo-liberalism. At the same time, 'culture' is possessing a new creative weight and importance in sociological, economic and ecological terms. This book argues that there is a need and opportunity to re-position planning and proposes a new system of 'culturalisation'.
