This Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) synthesis project is an evaluation of the company instituted evidence-based screening process at the Complete Healthcare Services (CHS) -Silsbee clinic of all adolescents ages 10- 17 years of age for the early identification of victims of bullying.
