Trapped in her mind, and desperate to escape, she finds herself contemplating dangerous thoughts of suicide and homicide, leading her to ask, "Am I going crazy?" The more she tries to ignore these impulses, the more they begin to consume her. But as her physical, emotional, and mental path continues to darken, so does her spiritual path.
