When you grow up in a small town, you know everything about it. The people, the rumors, and the history about the area. What you don't know, is that someday, in the past, knowing that history just might save your life.

While Connie is young and alone in this dangerous town she barely recognizes anymore, she just might know enough about the history of where she was born to help her survive.
