En medio de la película, mientras revisaba sus mensajes de Facebook, Belén recibió un llamado. La pantalla de su celular mostraba el cartel "Número desconocido". Evidentemente, la persona que la estaba llamando no era uno de sus contactos. Belén miró la pantalla durante unos segundos y esperó a que la otra persona cortara. En general, Belén no contestaba llamadas de números desconocidos. Y mucho menos cuando estaba viendo una película en el cine. Cuando el celular dejó de vibrar, volvió a abrir la aplicación de Facebook. Siguió respondiendo mensajes y viendo publicaciones durante otro rato.
Unos 20 minutos más tarde Belén volvió a recibir un llamado. Nuevamente era un número desconocido. Al igual que antes, esperó que la otra persona cortara y siguió con lo que estaba haciendo. En ese instante pensó "Si vuelve a llamar le corto enseguida. Qué inoportuno. Llamar cuando estoy en medio de una película". Poco antes de que terminara la película, recibió un nuevo llamado. Esta vez, cortó enseguida. Al salir del cine fueron con Iván a cenar. Mientras cenaban en el patio de comidas del shopping, Belén recibió otras dos llamadas del número desconocido. Sin decirle nada de esto a Iván, apagó el celular.
