Special Adventures with My Little Brother

Harrison and his little brother, Thomas, like to do lots of things together-especially things that go fast. They like to play robots; Thomas uses a stander. They like to ride go-carts. Vroom! Vroom! The names and uses of various pieces of assistive technology that are depicted on each page are explained, allowing parents and caregivers to engage in discussion with their children so they can learn about inclusion.

This book aims to change the narrative of disability from meaning "cannot" to meaning "can in modified ways." With greater understanding comes greater empathy and inclusion throughout a child's life.
