"Oooh, you cute", Khalid, the lover boy had said, when she bumped into him late in the year prior to '06. Their meet was destined, from the moment Journey pulled up into that gas station that summer day, she knew. She experienced love with him that crossed over all dimensions, even time itself. The angels guided their stays. The two didn't know each other very long but their bond was strong. They both swore that they knew each other from previous lives or something. For Journey, it was the love that created the course for over the rest of Journey's life. For many folks that year, 2006, Alabama, it was just an ordinary summer.
