Tally and the Angel

After her mother's funeral, Tally cannot imagine ever being happy again. She has no friends and even her dad is talking about going on a long journey without her. But Mum has left her a special gift, a pendant which is home to an angel, Jophiel. He is quirky, wise and often humorous and Tally knows that life is about to change forever.
For a start, instead of going back to a school she hates, she and Jophiel fly off to India where Tally soon makes new friends.
