Target Volume Delineation in Hematologic Malignancies

This practical guide provides radiation oncologists with clear, practical guidelines for delineating target volumes and radiation fields for a diverse group of hematologic malignancies. The treatment fields and volumes described in this guide can be used when treating with conformal therapies, such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and/or proton therapy. Each chapter focuses on clinical target volume (CTV) contouring for specific hematologic malignancies, including lymphomas, leukemias and plasma cell neoplasms.
