The AvGeek Bible

I have been an aviation nut for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the Long Beach, California area, which was the location of the Douglas Aircraft Company, and my house was in the line of the main runway for Long Beach airport, where Douglas tested their planes.
This book comes from the desire to share my knowledge about the aviation industry and airlines to the others who are just beginning their investigation into the world of commercial aviation. Inside are topics like Runways & Taxiways, Air Traffic Controllers, ground procedures and other areas of interest. I will also identify the individual commercial aircraft currently (or recently) in use by the airlines.
This book will be comprehensive and contain as much information as possible given the restrictions of the printing methods open to me at the time of publication.
