Kedeshah was an ancient word used in the in the Hebrew Bible referring to a sacred prostitute, which is Mary Magdalene. Carpenter refers to Jesus Christ.Mary Magdalene doesn't mind her life as a Kedeshah; a high-class sex worker. But she yearns for something more. Through a charismatic yet substance abusive regular client by the name of Jesus of Nazareth, she believes the key to a new life lies in a partnership of theatrics with this lost soul.
