The Neuromodulators

The major neuromodulators in the brain are acetylcholine, dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine and serotonin. This book attempts to give an overview of this field, with a section on each of these starting with anatomy. It reviews receptors that trigger a variety of post-synaptic signaling cascades that influence a number of neuronal functions.
