After their entire village is slaughtered by outsiders, siblings Crow and Coyote witness two men burying a chest of gold deep in the North Georgia mountains, sending them on an unexpected journey. The duo finds themselves entangled in a web of greed and mythical folklore that tests the strengths of their bond. As they traverse the Appalachian mountains in search of refuge, a slew of mythical creatures and forest spirits haunt them along their voyage.The siblings must stick together in order to survive. Both of their lives, as well as their sanity, are challenged as the two work tirelessly to escape the men after them. Over a hundred years later, petroglyphs in the Appalachian mountains and the Scottish Highlands are discovered. The drawings depict a woodland spirit that is said to have been roaming the Earth since Pangea and emerged during the creation of the AppalchianMountain range. The creature is known as the Nomad. Shortly thereafter, Crow and Coyote's treasure is located along with the three-eyed human skull by an archaeology team studying the validity of Celtic and Appalachian folklore. Will this discovery open the door to the past?
