Elinor Morton Wylie (1885-1928) was an American novelist, poet, and poetry editor of "Vanity Fair" magazine between 1923 and 1925. Her life was one of scandal, and she gained notoriety for her numerous marriages and affairs. This classic work is being republished now in a new edition complete with an essay by Martha Elizabeth Johnson.
