The Session with Hario has been created to help you stop ruminating and to strengthen you from the inside out and it will also help you to bring closure from a narcissistic relationship. Hario has included nine exercises to support you through your journey to heal from the pain that you experienced while in the narcissist relationship. This was a process I went through myself having dealt with narcissism for most of my adult life.
