Tom's Talky Tumor

Tom was just an ordinary guy living a mundane life until one day he starts experiencing headaches and soon finds that he has the mysterious ability to read people's thoughts. Things only get weirder when he starts hearing a voice talking to him inside his head claiming that he is his brain tumor and he wants to use his telepathic abilities to help Tom improve his life, particularly his sex life, but can Tom really improve his life with the help of his talking brain tumor when the same tumor is slowly killing him?
