Om Transformational Leadership
It is known that Transformational Leadership generates a pleasant and appropriate work environment. The purpose of this book is to analyze the different styles of leadership, those who manage to enhance the work performance of employees within an organization, as well as to measure the results obtained by them when following or applying these leadership styles. The primary information collected in this book uses the participants of the Leadership for Transformation Training Program virtual edition 2021 as the unit of analysis. The tool used for the data collection was the MLQ (Multifactorial) questionnaire, developed to measure the influence of leadership styles and their results. In addition, a questionnaire was used to measure Labor Performance (LP). The results obtained reflect that transformational leadership is put into practice by most of the participants, its explanatory capacity with work performance is high, as well as with the results.
