As it stands, there is little crossover between theoretical knowledge on autism and Asperger syndrome, and autism intervention. This textbook provides the first guide to all theoretical output, including 'mainstream' and 'alternative', as well as non-specific theories that can be applied to autism and Asperger syndrome.
