Chase is caught in the midst of a cartel war.
When Chase first met Esteban Velasquez, the cartel hitman tried to kill him.
Now, the man who is second in command of the largest drug cartel in Florida is missing, and a rival drug lord is claiming he's killing his men.
Chase quickly turns down a request by the drug lord, Julio Moreno. However, the DEA and the rival cartel come after Chase, thinking he's working at Moreno's bequest.
