With Which Institution to Develop Africa?

Since that day, Africa has remained on its knees in front of its colonialist masters despite the will displayed by its sons and daughters in wanting to take up the challenge of defending its development and its sovereignty at all costs. During a visit to Kinshasa, EMMANUEL MACRON directly criticized his Congolese counterpart: "you accuse France when you have never been able to restore your sovereignty... you should not look for the culprits outside.
