In a debut collection of poetry, Serena and Selena Raja share verse penned individually over the course of seven years that explore numerous hardships in life that include mental illness and war. With the desire to provide hope and comfort to others that they are not alone in the struggles they face and that with every hardship there is relief, Serena and Selena reflect on depression, fake friends, regret, tragedy, and much more in a compilation inspired by their passion to raise awareness for mental health and the horrors that civilians face in war-torn countries. Women of Wounds shares diverse poems and original illustrations created by twin sisters who offer unique perspectives on their lives and the world around them.
