Hey Kids, Did you know that the Outer Banks of North Carolina were once considered some of the most isolated and under developed areas of the country? The Outer Banks consist of a string of sand dunes that serve to protect the main land of North Carolina from the Atlantic Ocean. Thus, making them the perfect place for wild horses to live. No one knows exactly how the horses arrived on the Outer Banks; but we do know that they are of Spanish decent. In the spring and summer of 2022, a lonesome horse, captured the hearts of many, as she wondered the Outer Banks. Please join us , in this wonderful tale of kindness, courage and family.
