Grieving Parent

This is an account of my experience as a father and the death of my six-year-old boy on June 5, 2002. Horrific, shocking, transformative, spiritual, insightful, and fierce; I tell a story of the experience as I traveled back to Minneapolis from Fes, Morocco; to the hospital, crematorium, memorial, hundreds of Night Visitations, and the daily coping with the reality of a child's death; and the continuance of my life in a world without the living breathing love of my youngest child, Diego.
