Hard Work!

Our heroine's mother tells our heroine, just as she leaves to go out to play, that hard work never hurt anyone. And this leaves our heroine dumbfounded once again, because she doesn't know why her mother said what she said. And so, when she goes out to play, she tells everyone (beginning with the elephant) what her mother said to see what they think. And everyone tells our heroine what her mother said was absolutely true! And this starts her thinking maybe she forgot to do something.
