The topics include as below: Chapter 1: I shall explain how organizational effective transport time management can reduce warehouse goods delivery time and increase customer satisfaction , in this chapter has four cases to explain how effective transport time management can let customers to feel satisfacion. These cases include: First case, warehouse transport time management case, in especial when goods are needed to deliver to overseas when goods can be transport to overseas from one week to three days or less day by air plane. Second and third cases, also I shall explain how public transport tools, e.g. bus drivers and taxi drivers effective driving time management, when they can drive their buses to arrive bus stations on time or taxi station in order to avoid passengers to feel angry and they prefer to choose other kinds of public transport tools to replace it to catch, e.g. mass underground train, ferry , train, tram etc. other kinds of public transport tools.
