Letters from the Pacific

This is the story of Jane and Chuck Flynn, five years married and actors by profession, who give up their happy life in Hollywood to serve their country.
Chuck joins the Navy, and sees action in the Pacific, where his ship is hit. Jane joins the USO and is sent on a tour of the Pacific. It's a heady atmosphere, with the girls constantly surrounded by adoring men. These letters convey the charm and intimacy of Jane and Chuck's relationship during the difficult days of World War II.
