The Democratic Republic of the Congo, in its struggle to be a State governed by the rule of law, has as its function to ensure order, security and the well-being of its citizens, and at the same time to promote the development and improvement of society.With this in mind, the author has made a meticulous study of the offences set out in Law no. 15/025 of December 31, 2015 on non-professional leases in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in order to produce a work that will enable readers to quench their thirst for knowledge, as no one is supposed to be ignorant of the law.It's a rich work, because it's written by a legal practitioner, a lawyer at the Kinshasa/Gombe Metropolitan Bar and Research Assistant at the Centre de Recherche en Sciences Humaines, to better facilitate the transmission of knowledge.The popularization of laws, especially those concerning offences relating to non-professional leases, is a long undertaking that requires the contribution of everyone.
