After years of drinking and drug abuse, I ended up in the hospital with liver cirrhosis. I spent a month in the psych ward, drying out, hallucinating the entire time. This is a true account of those hallucinations. I hope it will give some insight, and that parts will make you laugh. There's humour in almost everything, right?! 'Pretend no one is singing' is a true life horror story ending with an unexpected, unasked for, miracle, some health advice, and a breakfast recipe.
