Om Sandersville
Autobiography: Reverend Ned Kellar is an ordained United Methodist Minister now retired and living in Merritt Island, Florida. He was born in the small town of Picayune, Mississippi in 1937. He spent the first 18 years of his life in Picayune before leaving for college. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1960 from the University of Southern Mississippi, then known as Mississippi Southern College. While in college he met and married Dorothy Dickinson. In 1960, he and his new wife moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he began work on his Master of Divinity at Candler School of Theology at Emory University. After completing his degree, he moved back to Mississippi to begin a ministry at Sandersville.
Reverend Kellar is a former Executive Director of the Brevard Library Foundation in Cocoa, Florida. He currently lives with his wife in Merritt Island, Florida. He has two grown children, a son, Kent, and a daughter, Kimberly. He is the proud grandfather of two girls, Phoebe and Madison.
