Wise Wind watches over the children of Puffville to make sure they are kind to each other. But Black Rose roams around poisoning their minds. Wise Wind keeps urging the children to ignore Black Rose and be kind to one another. Eventually, all the children of Puffville obey except Solo. He keeps playing the tough guy and starts targeting one specific boy. Wise Wind knows he needs to save Solo from Black Rose's toxic influence.
