The Kinetic Energy of Choices

The idea of our choices having kinetic energy comes from the high rate of suicides where the individual believes that everything ends. Though it does for them, often their emotions are transferred like kinetic energy. This does not apply to just suicide- all choices have some form of consequence or reaction attached to them. This book is good for starting conversations or allowing the reader to expand on the ideas within the pages on their own.
