This book has been in my mind for many years. As a copious and diligent collector of all things wellbeing, I was inspired to collate my wisdom during the Covid-19 lockdowns. I have always felt it important to share what I learn, so I decided that one way I could help my yoga students and Facebook followers was by posting a wellbeing tip every day we were locked down - sharing the things I was doing myself to stay well during this time. These tips went down very well. I received many messages of thanks and, more importantly, messages telling me how much the tips were helping people. It was this feedback that provided the push I needed.
Each day I offer you something to try or consider, or a small lifestyle tweak you might be inspired to try out, making a positive difference to you and your world. As a practical person, if something doesn't work, I can't see the point of doing it, so you can be assured the wisdom I share is practical and effective, and more importantly yields many health and wellbeing benefits.
