After her parents' divorce, city girl Sasha finds it hard to get used to living in the countryside. Worse still, at her new school her favourite subject, PE, has been replaced by a new mindfulness activity - forest bathing. Sasha thinks it's stupid, but she soon finds out that nature has its own opinions about how people treat the forest...
