Worship In A World of Excess: Establishing The Priesthood Of The Believer

External and internal pressure is nothing new, but modern society with its constant media bombardment and frantic pace of life has produce a level of mental manipulation never before encountered. The best way to describe what is happening is that we are being pushed and manipulated into excessive behavior. It seems to a lot of people that the Bible is out of date and does not address our modern culture. In this book I want to look at some of the modern phenomenon transforming our world and how as New Covenant priests we are to navigate through this present age. I hope to help us realize that there is only one place to truly live an overcoming life and that is to learn to live life in the liberty of the Spirit. We are called to live a life in union with Christ by His Spirit and to live in this world ministering as a priest bringing restoration to a hurting world.
