Feelings of unhappiness or sadness caused by someone's words, actions, or life's traumas can be detrimental to our emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Our adversary strategically uses these feelings to foster bitterness, sadness, despair, low self-esteem, and self-conscious feelings.
In this book, we will talk about hurt, its affects, and its power.
My prayer is that this book will assist with uncovering and resolving every hurt, hidden, or realized so that we are empowered to overcome hurt feelings and use every emotional pain to produce spiritual power.
