Om Music & the Mind's Practice Diary
Avoid never remembering what you were supposed to practice - while keeping track of the work you're putting into your instrument! If you don't want to keep getting your computer out while practicing or put a fragile piece of paper in your music case (instantly scrunched every time) - we have a solution. We are thrilled to be be launching our very own physical practice diary books! Each book will last 50 lessons, enough to last the whole year.
For every lesson, there is "Currently Learning" & "Practice Journal" page long sections. Currently Learning allows for up to four items, all containing fields for their name, location ("where") & detailed notes about what you're working on / aiming to achieve. This section may be filled out by the teacher at the end of lessons. Practice Journal provides up to six sessions of practice to record, including the date, item numbers (referring to Currently Learning) & the length of time in minutes. In addition, there is a "Student's Notes" space to finish the section where student's can reflect on their practice sessions overall. This section is to be filled out by the student or their family in between lessons.
